6 Days Annapurna Foothill Trek

There are a number of options for short treks in the foothills to the north of Pokhara. Most of these variations will visit Ghandrung and Ghorepani. The former is a large, traditional Gurung village while Ghorepani is the settlement below the famed vantage point of Poon Hill – one of the best spots for panoramic mountain views - taking in Dhaulagiri, the Annapurnas and in the distance Manaslu range (i.e. view between three 8000m peaks)

Kathmandu to Pokhara-Flight; Drive (1hrs 30 mints) to Nayapul and trek to Ulleri (2070m)

 2 Days Ghorepani

Trek to Ghorepani (2834m)

 3 Days Pun Hill

Return trek to Pun Hill (3200m) at sunrise. Later trek to Tadapani (2540m)

 4 Days Ghandrung

Trek to Ghandrung (2012m)

 5 Days Nayapul

Trek to Nayapul and drive to Pokhara (1 hrs 30 mints)

 6 Days Kathmandu
